We often have this 'landing page' same as a client's eNewsletter, which provides even broader target reach.

MAGAZINE SELECTION, BULK ISSUES, POSTERS & BANNERS

• MAGAZINE – Audience Innovation approaches each magazine one-by-one with order in hand. This works best vs. 'shopping' a deal, and provides easier approval/acceptance. We recommend COWBOYS & INDIANS as first approach, with other options to be determined if the first declines – 95% of first orders get placed.

• BULK ISSUES – Bulk cover wrapped issues can be ordered and bulk shipped (boxed) to share with Farm Guests, Events, Shows, Handouts & Takeaways, just like collateral at a trade show. Bulk orders are very helpful expansion 'sales' vehicles to extend the impact, reach and efficiency of your annual campaign.

• POSTERS & BANNERS – Cover wrap designs are often utilized for posters and/or banners at events/shows.

FUNDING SOURCES, INVESTMENT & DATABASE

* NOTE: FUNDING SOURCES – Our clients often make some front covers and/or other pages available to their clients and/or partners for purchase, for marketing inside this VIP campaign, and providing added funding.

• INVESTMENT – Please discuss with Paul Kostial, varies depending on audience count. Other than augmented database and creative costs, ALL CAMPAIGN COSTS ARE INCLUDED in rates quoted. We design for efficiency.

• DATABASE COST – The cost to clean the supplied data file for USPS delivery is included. Additional data purchased is priced at scale depending on the data file source. Client resources may be used, if reliable.

START-UP, ACTIVATION & NEXT STEPS

• START-UP TIMING – Once we have the agreement signed to proceed, we start the magazine agreement process. From green-light to first in-hand, it's generally 60-90 days depending on magazine's schedule. Full payment is due upfront, since subscriptions are an annual purchase and, providing you a much lower cost.

• TURNKEY ACTIVATION – Most clients use Audience Innovation to activate their entire campaign, all details, keeping the campaign entirely on track, managing ongoing database updates, creative and messaging assets, and all aspects of effective delivery. When clients have an experienced internal marketing staff, they will occasionally manage it internally working with our Activation Director. We start with your Activation Packet.

• NEXT STEPS – We produce paperwork for signature, initiate invoice, and proceed to launch. Once the final magazine selection is complete, we produce your activation packet, and initiate planning with your designer.
